HarborSignal provides port reliability intelligence, historical analysis, and supply chain planning tools through API access and related services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

HarborSignal provides historical analysis and normalized indicators intended to support planning and risk assessment. Outputs are not forecasts, guarantees, or operational directives.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarborSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
